WAMMC Volunteer Form
July 29, 2011
Dear WAMMC members,
Let me first introduce myself, I am the new Women’s Association President, Beth Wipperman. Some of you may know me from the MIM ’01 and ’03 as co-chairman or as Operations co-chair for MIM ’06, ’08 and ’10. I have also served on the WAMMC Board since 2002 as a Vice president, Long Range Chair and Nominating Chair. I have also chaired several fundraisers and worked on others. I really look forward to leading this organization for the next two years.
One of my promises I made to myself was to find a way to include more WAMMC members in the day to day working of WAMMC. So I have reached out to my chairs to ask them how many members they could use to help with their job. I have heard from all and am now asking you to put your hands up to help out. You will be placed on a committee of your top 3 choices on a first come first served basis.
You might have noticed that I keep writing WAMMC not WAMMH. We are now known as the Women’s Association Of Morristown Medical Center in keeping with the Hospital’s name change to Morristown Medical Center. You pronounce WAMMC like WAMM with a silent C. We always knew we were super heroes but now the community will too!
Please fill out the form below with your updated information. We need your e-mail addresses so we can include you in information blasts that we will send out time to time. We will try very hard not to abuse this. We are also updating our website and in the coming months check it out because we will be adding to it under Mansion in May and Gift Shop. Remember, all the money we raise goes back into our Morristown Medical Center.
Beth Wipperman
President, WAMMC
